After three months of negotiation, paper works and transaction optimization company Wise Advice successfully signs legal documentation on behalf of its Georgian client, Mr. Dimitri Iobadze, relating to the acquisition of immoveable property in Bratislava. “Irrespective I live and work in Slovakia for more than 8 years, it would be very difficult for me to avoid all legal and financial risks relating to the acquisition of my first immoveable property in Bratislava. Therefore, I do really appreciate all legal support I have received from company Wise Advice, and for their tireless effort I felt for last 3 months” says Mr. Dimitri Iobadze.

Transaction was financed by co-financing of a local bank and the total amount of investment accedes a sum in the amount of 155,000 EUR.
