After two years of hard-fought litigation regarding complex case about beach of the state procurement contract, our client claims were fully satisfied. Tbilisi Court of Appeals affirmed Bolnisi’s District Court decision awarding our client full reimbursement of the expenses of the provided road construction works  and damages for the early termination of the contract. The sum of the relief imposed on state municipality in favor of our client amounted 150 000 GEL. The success of the case mainly was a result of the dispute preliminary advices that our client obtained from Wise Advice in the course of dealing with contractual party.
